    7. Πρόκειται για αθλητές από πράσινη ζώνη και πάνω. Έχοντας αποκτήσει τις κατάλληλες βάσεις και έχοντας
    8. γνώση τους με πιο εξειδικευμένη ύλη. Το αγωνιστικό αποτελεί πλέον βασικό παράγοντα στην προπόνηση και
