About the place

The dojo is a member of the Hellenic Aikido Union and under the guidance of Aikikai Hombu Dojo. 1 2 The club was founded in 2011 as a recognised club, and all the coaches in charge of its sections hold coaching diplomas from the general secretariat of sport. 3 4 Children's lessons combine aikido techniques with body training suited to age and mind training through exercises and games. 5

    5. Στη σχολή μας λειτουργούν 2 παιδικά τμήματα: Junior για ηλικίες 5-8 ετών, Κids για ηλικίες
    6. 9-12 ετών και 1 εφηβικό 13-15

    2. α) εκγύμναση του σώματος ανάλογα με την ηλικία
    3. β) εκγύμναση του πνεύματος μέσα από ασκήσεις/παιχνίδια
